Keep records of your carpet and carpet cushion purchases just as you would any significant purchase in your home or office, for questions or assistance in the future.  Make sure the following information is listed:

  • Store (telephone, fax, e-mail)
  • Sales person
  • Date of purchase
  • Quantity purchased
  • Carpet manufacturer / Private label
  • Product / style name / colour
  • Type of fibre and producer
  • Installer (telephone, fax, e-mail)
  • Date of installation
  • Adhesive type, producer
